Yat is thick noodles in a brown sauce, with whatever kind of meat you order it with. They look like spagetti noodles. They have Pork Yat, Beef Yat, Chicken Yat, Shrimp Yat, Plain Yat, etc. Oh, it also has onions in it.References :
